Processing Time

  • Ready-made orders are usually processed within 5 business days.

  • Custom orders (wigs or toppers) may take anywhere from 1 to 5 months, depending on complexity, materials, and current production schedule.
    You’ll receive detailed information and a timeline when placing and confirming your order.


Ready-Made Items (wigs, hair extension accesories)
  • Returns are accepted for unused, ready-made items within 14 days of delivery.
  • This does not apply to Ready made One Of A Kind Hair Art Items
  • To initiate a return, please contact us first.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Custom Orders

  • All custom wig and topper orders are final sale — no refunds or returns.

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • Custom orders usually get quoted on processing time.

  • We’ll provide a clear production timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.


Shipping Within Norway

  • A flat shipping rate of 50 NOK applies only to accessories (e.g. tapes, glues, combs, clip-in extensions).

  • Shipping fees for wigs and toppers are calculated individually and confirmed before payment.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.


International Orders

  • For international shipping, please contact us via the contact form with your location and order details.

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Packaging & Care

  • Items are packed with care in discreet, secure packaging.

  • Care instructions will be included as needed — we highly recommend following them to ensure the longevity of your wig or hairpiece.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once dispatched.

  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

  • If a package goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
